Hi All,

I have a 1963 wooden Gull and have noticed that the rear water tight chamber requires re painting (floor paint has started to peel). Has anyone had this problem and if so what did you use. I am thinking of using resin to seal the whole floor area within the compartment, but not sure if thats nescessary. Advise would be greatful.

Hello John,
I painted the inside of front and rear boxes with International Bilge Paint, I used a spray gun having masked around the openings I put my gun inside and sprayed everywhere blind. Its lasted 3 years and still looks ok.
Best regards Peter
