As we are snowed in today I took the opportunity to continue rubbing down the inside of 1188. Has anyone seen or have fitted 21 inch bouyancy bags at the front of the cockpit just behind the forward built-in bulkhead? I found screw holes showing that some were fitted at one time. Happy new year to you. My Gull 1066 has just gone in to dry dock LOL, for her annual re-fit, well i say re-fit more like fix a leak in the rear bouyancy compartment, rub down and repaint of the rudder and touch in the hull. Mine just has a forward bouyance compartment, just like the rear.
I like the sound of having a bouyance bag in the rear compartment though.
