Where can I get the standard sail dimensions for a MK3? Sailmakers look them up somewhere. At least I have been quoted when giving only the boat class. There could be quite a variation in the length of the foot.
They are : The Gull jib has the following dimensions :
Luff : 26162 mm Leech : 2210 mm Foot : 1270 mm
Main is : When folded eye of head to eye of clew, the width measured along the fold is 5 ft 2 inches. The sail area is 55 square feet. Luff, leech and foot are not specified except to fit inside black bands on mast and boom About 15 ft, 15ft 6 inches and 7 ft 2 inches seems to be about right.
