Welcome to the Boulder Yacht Club web site. BYC is situated on the east side of Carlyle Lake and is home based at Boulder Marina. Carlyle Lake is the largest man-made lake in Illinois with an extensive sailing fleet served by four marinas Boulder Yacht Club is an active organization which strives to foster a complete range of activities for its members. From racing, to "coving out," to cookouts on the hill next to the club house, the club works hard to make membership a valuable and worthwhile experience for the entire family.
