Cobra 750
The Cobra 750 yacht was designed in 1977 by David Feltham. Feltham left Thames Marine to work as a freelance desinger for Cobra Yachts which was a company setup to build their own version of the Colvic 26 Sailor. A range of Cobra yachts soon followed. Feltham went on to form Seawolf Yachts Limited who produced the Seawolf range of boats.
Despite being a 1970’s design the Cobra 750 still looks modern. Its a beamy boat giving very spacious accomodation for 4/5 people in 2 cabins. Most Cobra 750 ‘s are twin keeled but some fin keeled version were produced. Kit versions of the boat were also produced in the form of bare hulls and finishing kit for home completion.
The Cobra 750 is an excellent cost effective cruiser with spacious accommodation and excellent sailing performance.
