Idaho Sailing Clubs
Mill Harbor Yacht Club was established in June 1986. Club interests began when increased boat mooring facilities were made available on Payette Lake. This created a greater opportunity to get to know fellow boating enthusiasts and led to organizing the MHYC. The club activities include cruising, racing (as long as it remains fun), raft-ups, social functions in the summer and off-season, and the Annual Meeting in the fall.
Panhandle Yacht Club (PYC) was founded in 1978 by a few individuals who had a dream to build a private marina that would be family oriented, be of reasonable cost, and that would provide amenities not found at other marinas on Lake Coeur d” Alene. Over the years the facility has continued to improve through the dedicated efforts of it”s members. Many hours and some personal expenses have been donated to and provide for the members and their guests.
