It also helps host our high school sailing and serves as training grounds for our US Sailing instructors course.

Our fleet at Lake Mayer includes (12) Optimist dinghies, (7) 420’s, (6) Sunfish, and (2) Harpoon day sailors. This fleet is used throughout the year to support our instructional programs. We also have an outreach facility in Sunbury, Georgia, located just south of Richmond Hill. This outreach facility supports the high school and middle school programs south of the Savannah area. This open water location is used for more advanced racing clinics and is continually being developed.
